From the moment I contacted Nirayu I knew he genuinely cared about getting my loan approved, he was patient with me and explained to me everything I needed to know. Buying a house is no easy process and Nirayu Supported me from start to end.

Getting the initial pre-approval took longer than we’d been advised – which meant we weren’t able to bid on the house we’d initially wanted – although to be fair the hold up was entirely with the bank – Romy and Rojina moved heaven and earth to try and get things done by our deadline.

We’ve subsequently bought something else which we like better and if we were in the same situation I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again, the only thing I’d do differently is trying to allow more time for the initial pre-approval
